Glossary
Key terms used throughout AllCoach and this documentation.
Activity An interactive exercise inside a program that clients complete. Activities can contain text fields, multiple choice questions, file uploads, and media (images, video, audio). Clients submit activities when done; responses are locked after submission.
Client A WordPress user enrolled in one or more programs. Clients have the client role, which restricts them to the frontend portal — they cannot access the WordPress admin.
Coach The site owner or user with the coach role. Coaches create programs, manage clients, and receive session bookings.
Checkout Link A unique URL for a specific program. When a visitor opens this link, they are taken to the program's purchase/enrollment page.
Enrollment The relationship between a client and a program. Created when a client purchases or is manually enrolled. An enrollment tracks the client's progress and session usage.
Program A structured coaching package containing sections, activities, and sessions. Programs have a price, duration, and can be set to Active or Draft.
Section A grouping of activities within a program. Typically used to organise activities by week or topic (e.g. "Week 1 – Foundation").
Session A scheduled 1-on-1 video call between a coach and client. Sessions use Google Meet for the video call link.
Session Repetition Count The number of sessions included in a program (e.g. 8 sessions). Once a client books all their sessions, no further bookings are available for that enrollment.
Client Portal The frontend area of your WordPress site where clients log in to access programs, complete activities, and book sessions. Powered by the [allcoach_account] shortcode.
Google Meet Integration The connection between AllCoach and your Google account that allows AllCoach to automatically create Google Meet video call links when sessions are booked. Required for session booking to work.
