Configure payment methods in AllCoach — enable offline (pay in person) payments and customize the label and description clients see at checkout.

Payment Settings
Location: AllCoach → Settings → Payments
Currency
The currency used for all program prices and checkout displays.
Setting: Currency
Type: Dropdown
Default: USD
Set this before creating any paid programs. Changing the currency after programs exist updates the display label but does not convert existing prices.
Offline Payment (Pay in Person)
AllCoach includes a built-in offline payment method — clients choose it at checkout and pay you directly (cash, bank transfer, invoice, etc.).
Setting | Description |

Enable offline payment | Toggle to show or hide this payment method at checkout |
Title | The label clients see at checkout (default: "Pay in person") |
Description | A short note shown below the title (default: "Pay at the time of your session.") |
How to Configure
Go to AllCoach → Settings → Payments
Toggle Enable offline payment on or off
Update the Title and Description to match how you collect payment
Click Save
